Good fun last night at Sedgwick Park for CHASE. It all started with the taxi driver not being able to find our house – slightly worrying as it really isn’t difficult and I had no idea where to find our destination. Even in the dark Sedgwick Park is amazing – how could I not know it was there?
I’ve only been to two The Essence fashion shows and this one was just as great as the first. I don’t know where Alice finds everything – but WOW it’s like Aladdin’s cave, fashion and accessories with a difference. There’s a wonderful grey jacket with a pleated skirt that just might find its way to my wardrobe.
Steve Gubbins – amazing photographer who produced my profile pics – was there too. Great to see him again.
David Kelly (Vinisus Wine) forced me to try some wine (not that hard to persuade actually) and I have to say if you haven’t tried it yet, then do try David’s white Rioja – yes I’ll be ordering Dave.
So many other people to mention… Thank You to all of you for making it a great evening. And the best news, I believe we raised over £2,000 for CHASE on the night.
One final comment. I bid in the auction and took away a bargain membership of 4Networking … yay to 4N for offering the prize
