		<description>I liked the article Dawn and the way in which you wrote it with the continuing thread of the one example. To a small business owner with scant knowledge of how to write good online and offline copy this will be very helpful. Nice simple style of writing which as any writer knows is a challenge and a skill!
By the by, AIDA is vital as is AIEDA! (Chapter 4 of my book - COB)</description>
